Welcome to WCJFA Registrations!!
Before you get started, please review important information regarding the sport you are registering for by visiting our Football or Cheerleading specific pages. There you will find details about what to expect for practices, eligibility and policy information specific to that sport. Our club refund policy can be found on this page in the right column.
WCJFA wants to ensure that no player is turned away for financial reasons. If you are in need of financial assistance, please complete the scholarship request before registration. This will ensure that you do not incur up front costs of registration.
**New players - you will be required to upload a copy of your player's Birth Certificate at registration.
If you have further questions before registering or applying for scholarships, please feel free to contact our Registrar.
All boys and girls who reside within the boundaries of the Snoqualmie Valley School District and are 8-14 years old are eligible to participate in Wildcats Junior Football and Cheer. Exceptions for football may be made for seven-year-olds, however, if they weigh at least 60 pounds.
Players from outside Snoqualmie Valley School District boundaries are considered transfer players and must be granted permission from the presidents of both their club and the WCJFA to participate.
Teams are rostered initially in registration order. Once team limits are met, the remaining registrants will be waitlisted. Once we reach the team split amount we will roster registrants according to our Team Split policy.
Please note that registration does not guarantee a roster spot. Early registration is the easiest way to increase your chances of being placed on a team. The following table is provided for information only. Final rostering decisions are determined by our rostering committee and the Board of Directors within guidelines provided by GEJFA.
The following table shows the initial limit at which a waitlist will be started and the number of registrations needed to split a level into 2 teams.
It is important to note that the number of coaching volunteers we have will also be a determining factor when we make the decision about splitting a level into 2 teams.
Level | Min | Max |
---|---|---|
Rookies | 11 | 21 |
Cubs | 11 | 21 |
Sophmores | 17 | 33 |
