FOOTBALL AND CHEER REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
It's getting to be that time again! Let's build on last years success & make the 2012 season the best ever for our boys, families, & organization overall!
On-line registration opened March 1st. Registration runs through June and will close promptly at 11:59PM on June 30th! Those registering by April 1st will receive $50.00 early registration discount off their registration fee. Those registering between April 1st and May 31st will receive a $25.00 early registration discount. Participants registering after May 31st will pay the regular $325 registration fee for Football. Cheer registration fees for this season are $225 and have no early registration discount. Our registration system is set up to allow for a monthly payment plan and will automatically reduce payments for appropriate early-registration discounts.
Tip - All registrations require a user ID and password. If you do not know this information please notify the Registrar - registrar@wcjfa.org - at least 5 days in advance to allow sufficient time receive this information if you plan to take advantage of early registration discounts.
We will also offer the Wildcat camps run by Mt Si HS Football Coach Charlie Kinnune. The camps are bracketed by age: 7-9 year old camps will be Monday, July 16 - Thursday, July 19; 10-14 year old camps will be Monday, July 23 - Thursday, July 26. Camp fees are $100 for registered WCJFA participants and $125 for non-registered participants and are open to all interested participants whether or not they are WCJFA families.

DEAR PARENTS & ATHLETES-
All athletes of the WCJFA program are required to complete the Concussion Report hosted by the Greater Eastside Junior Football Association (GEJFA) prior to participating in football camps & practices.
Athletes will not be allowed to participate in football camps/practices prior to completion of the GEJFA required Concussion Report as per to Lystedt Law (Revised Code of Washington)

Sign up for Wildcat Speed Camps summer session at MSHS. The camps are run by John Zanas, the MSHS trainer and partner at Peak Sports and Fitness.
The emphasis of this camp centers on training for athleticism and is appropriate for all sports. The goals of this eight-week camp include the following:- Improve straight ahead speed (SAS)
- Improve lateral speed and agility (LSA)
- Improve core and leg strength
- Improve general fitness level in preparation for the upcoming football season
- Decrease the potential for knee and ankle injuries
- Develop confidence in athletic skills
- Work hard and have fun
These is an excellent opportunity to develop the proper platform of speed & injury prevention prior to starting the 2012 football season. Camps are open to all kids elementary - High School.
